COVID-19 information for my practice

I will have some spaces for new clients beginning from September 8th 2021. There is an email list in place to receive booking details and you can join this via the contact page.

Here are some guidelines regarding Covid-19: please be assured I am taking every possible precaution to protect you and treat you safely. Advance booking is essential and a COVID-19 form must be completed online 24 hours before your session. I will send you this with your booking information. I work with many clients in early pregnancy, going through IVF, or with autoimmune issues and need to adhere to the highest possible level of safety for everyone's sake - thank you for your understanding.

1. If you may have had any exposure to COVID-19 in the past 14 days please do not attend an appointment - in this case you can reschedule for 14 days time with no cancellation fee.

2. If you have travelled outside of the Republic of Ireland please do not attend an appointment for at least 14 days following your entry - this applies to travel from all countries.

3. When attending an appointment, upon arrival please wash your hands thoroughly in the bathroom. Both therapist and client must wear a mask at all times. There are no exceptions to this in my practice - if you feel you cannot adhere to this or are exempt due to a health condition please do not attend a session at this time. Please have your mask on before entering. A single use disposable mask is preferred and is most comfortable when lying down. I use HEPA and SEFF air filtration in the treatment room and the treatment space is thoroughly ventilated between appointments.

4. If you are exhibiting any symptoms of coronavirus on the day or suspect you may have been infected, please do not attend an appointment - please contact your GP for advice on care. In this case the usual cancellation fees will not apply.

5. Please bring bottled water with you for before/after your session as beverages cannot be served during your session due to mask regulations.

6. Please be assured that all surfaces in the treatment room and client bathroom are thoroughly cleaned and sterilised between clients and all covers and cloths are changed, washed and sterilised for each client.

7. If you, or a family member, exhibit any Covid-19 symptoms soon after your session please let me know as a matter of urgency so I can contact other clients I have seen since your appointment and minimise the chances of spreading infection to others.

If you have any additional questions about Covid-19 precautions taken, please let me know.
